Banner Engineering SLM20P6Q is a photo-electric rugged metal slot/optical fork sensor within the SLM series, featuring a potentiometer adjustment design. It is constructed from nickel-plated die-cast zinc housing with an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 3-pin Pico-style M8 connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C. The SLM20P6Q offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. Its slot (U-shaped) shape has a passageway width of 20 mm and an overall width of 52 mm, with a height of 80 mm and a depth of 12 mm. This sensor features 1 x digital output (PNP transistor), a sensing distance of 20mm, and a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s.
