Banner Engineering SLE30B6VY is a programmable photo-electric slot/optical fork sensor from the SLE30 Expert series. This sensor features a design that incorporates TEACH mode for enhanced functionality. It is constructed with a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens, ensuring durability and clarity. The sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Designed to function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C, it offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating. The SLE30B6VY has a slot (U-shaped) shape with a net width of the passageway at 30 mm. It features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and has a sensing distance of 30mm. The response time of the sensor is 0.15ms / 0.00015 s, and it supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes.
