Banner Engineering SLE30B6VY W/30 is a programmable photo-electric slot/optical fork sensor from the SLE30 Expert series. It features a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens and is designed with TEACH mode for versatile application. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy installation. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. The SLE30B6VY W/30 offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, making it suitable for challenging environments. Its slot (U-shaped) design has a net width of 30 mm, and it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for connectivity. With a sensing distance of 30mm and a rapid response time of 0.15ms / 0.00015 s, this sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes for flexible application in various automation tasks.
