QS30LVQ Description

Banner Engineering QS30LVQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. This sensor is equipped for M30 threaded mount installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. Part of the QS30 DC voltage series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, suitable for demanding environments. The QS30LVQ operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with an acrylic lens, designed for durability. With a sensing distance of up to 12 meters and utilizing visible red light, this sensor provides flexible sensing capabilities. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 2ms / 0.002 s, catering to a variety of detection needs.
