QS30LLPCQPMA Description
Banner Engineering QS30LLPCQPMA is a polarized Class 1 laser photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective operation with TEACH mode. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C. This sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6" / 150mm PUR cable that terminates with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring compatibility with various setups. Part of the QS30LLPC series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, suitable for demanding environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in a rectangular, thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens and a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath for durability. It can detect objects within a sensing distance of 20cm to 18m and features a visible red light with a wavelength of 650 nm. The operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, and it has a digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.5ms / 0.0005 s.
