QS30LDL Description
Banner Engineering QS30LDL is a Class 2 laser photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of detection applications. It features a diffuse mode with remote TEACH mode for flexible setup and is mounted using an M30 threaded mount. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy integration into existing systems. Part of the QS30 Diffuse-mode Laser sensors series, the QS30LDL offers a sensing distance of up to 800mm and emits a visible red light with a wavelength of 658 nm. It supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and provides a single digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.5ms. This sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and is protected to IP67 NEMA 6 standards against dust and water ingress.
