Banner Engineering QS30EX W/30 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an emitter within the QS30 high-powered receivers series. This part features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and is housed in a thermoplastic Cyclo Olefin Polymers (COP) enclosure, ensuring durability. The QS30EX W/30 offers a sensing distance of up to 213m and utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 875 nm for detection. It has a response time of 30ms / 0.03 s and is powered by a supply voltage ranging from 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values. This sensor is designed to meet IP67 and NEMA 6P protection standards, making it suitable for challenging environments.
