Banner Engineering QS30EDVQPMA8 is a photo-electric sensor from the QS30 Expert series, designed with a diffuse mode TEACH mode for versatile applications. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 6" / 150mm PUR cable that terminates with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring a reliable connection. With a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, it is well-suited for challenging environments. The QS30EDVQPMA8 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc / 24Vdc, and is housed in a rectangular, thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens and a polyurethane (PUR) cable sheath for durability. It offers a sensing distance of up to 1.4m and utilizes visible red light for detection. This sensor supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes and provides a digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a response time ranging from 0.3 to 1.8ms.
