Banner Engineering LT3PU W/30 is a Class 2 laser photo-electric distance sensor/transmitter belonging to the LT3 series. It features a diffuse time-of-flight system with TEACH mode for precise distance measurement. The sensor emits visible red light with a wavelength of 658 nm and is encased in a rectangular ABS housing with an acrylic window. It is designed for direct connection through a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. This model offers protection against short-circuits and operates within a supply voltage range of 12Vdc-24Vdc. It can sense distances from 30cm up to 5m and provides both analog (0-10Vdc) and digital (PNP transistor) outputs. The LT3PU W/30 operates effectively in ambient air temperatures up to +50°C and is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring its durability in challenging environments.
