LE550IC1QP Description
Banner Engineering LE550IC1QP is a Class 1 laser displacement sensor/transmitter belonging to the LE series. It features a triangulation system with an LCD display and TEACH mode for easy setup. The sensor emits a visible class 1 red laser with a wavelength of 650 nm for displacement measurement. It has a rectangular shape with a die-cast zinc alloy housing and an acrylic window. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 6" / 150mm pigtail terminated with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector. It offers protection against overload and short-circuit issues. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc being nominal. It is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C. The LE550IC1QP is rated with a degree of protection of IP67 and NEMA 6, making it suitable for harsh environments. It provides 1 analog output (4-20mA) and 1 digital output (PNP/NPN transistor), with a sensing distance ranging from 10cm to 1m.
