TBIL-S4-8DXP Description
Turck TBIL-S4-8DXP is a remote I/O controller within the TBIL series, designed for IO-link diagnostics to connect digital signals to an IO-Link master. It features a digital block remote I/O hub function and is constructed with a fiberglass reinforced PA6-GF30 housing and metal connectors. This part includes 4 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for I.O. ports and 1 x 5-pin M12 male connector for FIELDBUS. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The TBIL-S4-8DXP is designed for surface mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, IP67, and IP69K. The device's dimensions are 31.6 mm in width, 144 mm in height, and 26.8 mm in depth. It utilizes the IO-Link communication protocol and features 8 x digital inputs (PNP; universal channels), with the capability of configuring 8 of these inputs as 8DO digital outputs with a maximum of 500mA each.
