TBIL-M1-16DXP Description
Turck TBIL-M1-16DXP is a remote I/O controller within the TBIL series, designed for IO-link diagnostics to facilitate the connection of digital signals to an IO-Link master. This digital block remote I/O hub features a fiberglass reinforced PA6-GF30 housing and metal connectors, ensuring durability. It is equipped with 8 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for I.O. ports and 1 x 5-pin M12 male connector for FIELDBUS, supporting a supply voltage range of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The TBIL-M1-16DXP is designed for surface mounting and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. It offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP67 and IP69K, making it suitable for demanding environments. The device's communication protocol is IO-Link, and it includes 16 x digital inputs (PNP; universal channels), which can also be configured as 16DO digital outputs with a maximum of 500mA each. The net dimensions of the TBIL-M1-16DXP are 54 mm in width, 150 mm in height, and 27.4 mm in depth.
