RI40P2-QR20-LU4X2-H1141 Description
Turck RI40P2-QR20-LU4X2-H1141 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR20 series and comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy integration. It has a compact rectangular shape with dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 8Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and has a sampling rate of 800Hz. The housing is made of durable plastic Ultem material, and the sensor features a 1/4" bore size. It includes protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity, and provides one analog output ranging from 0.5Vdc to 4.5Vdc. The sensor achieves a resolution of ≤0.09° with a 12-bit resolution and includes a green LED for visual position indication and power status. It is capable of measuring angular positions from 0° to +40° with a measurement accuracy that matches its resolution, and it has a current consumption of 100mA.
