RI40P2-QR20-LI2X2 Description
Turck RI40P2-QR20-LI2X2 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR20 series and comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a high degree of protection with ratings of IP68 and IP69K. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and is housed in a rectangular, plastic Ultem casing. It provides a sampling rate of 500Hz and features a 1/4" bore size. For safety, it includes protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity. The sensor offers one analog output (4-20mA) and boasts a resolution of ≤0.09° with a 12-bit resolution. It includes a green LED for visual position indication and power status, ensuring easy monitoring. The measurement accuracy is supported by a 0.09° resolution, and it has a current consumption of 100mA. This sensor is capable of measuring angular positions from 0° to +40°.
