RI-09IA0T-2F100-CIM Description
Turck RI-09IA0T-2F100-CIM is an economy-type incremental rotary encoder featuring a 19mm flange with a long torque stop for mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is designed with a through hollow shaft flange, incorporating long torque stop optical sensing. This encoder is pre-wired with a radial 2m / 6.5ft cord with bare end flying leads, belonging to the Type RI-09 series. It has a 36mm casing diameter and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The supply voltage requirement ranges from 5Vdc to 30Vdc, supporting 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc, with a maximum pulse frequency of 250kHz. Constructed from composite PPA and 40% carbon housing, stainless steel shaft, and PVC sheathed cord, it also features a composite PPA and 40% carbon flange. The bore size is a 1/4" hollow shaft, and it includes 1 x digital output (push-pull with inverting signal; 5Vdc-30Vdc). It is protected against short-circuits and magnetic fields, can operate at rotational speeds up to 6000rpm, and has a moment of inertia of 1.4 x 10^-6kg.m^2. The resolution is set at 100ppr (pulses/revolution), with a current consumption of 50mA (no load). It can withstand a maximum radial load of 20 N and a maximum axial load of 10 N.
