PT016R-11-LI3-H1131 Description
Turck PT016R-11-LI3-H1131 is a sensor designed for measuring relative pressure in industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 22.8mm. This sensor is equipped with a 3-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for easy installation. It falls under the PT series - bar scale and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. The supply voltage required for operation is between 11.4-33Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as the nominal values. The sensor's body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel and PBT housing, with wetted parts also in 1.4305 stainless steel and a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +16bar (0 to +232psig) and fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. Protection features include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity safeguards. The response time is quick at 2ms / 0.002 s, and it provides a single analog output (0-10Vdc). The current consumption is 20mA.
