PT01VR-11-LI3-H1131 Description
Turck PT01VR-11-LI3-H1131 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within the PT series - bar scale. It functions as an instrumentation compound pressure sensor/transmitter, capable of operating in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. This sensor features a cylindrical body with a diameter of 22.8mm and is pre-equipped with a 3-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for connection. It offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The supply voltage required for operation is between 11.4-33Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as the nominal values. The sensor's body and wetted parts are made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a 1.4305 (303) stainless steel pressure connection. It is designed to measure pressure ranges from -1 to 0 bar (-14.5 to 0 psig) and can handle fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, has a response time of 2ms (0.002 s), and features 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc). The current consumption of the device is 20mA.
