PS510-40V-03-LI2UPN8-H1141 Description
Turck PS510-40V-03-LI2UPN8-H1141 is a sensor designed for measuring pressure, belonging to the PS+ series. It is a programmable relative pressure sensor/switch that operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. This sensor features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for connectivity. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66 and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor has a cylindrical body shape and can achieve a maximum switching frequency of 300Hz. Constructed with a 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel housing and measuring cell, it is capable of handling pressures from 0 to +600bar. The operating mode can be programmed as either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC). It includes 2 digital outputs (18-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) and delivers measurement accuracy with setpoint hysteresis ≥0.5% analog / setpoint accuracy of +/-0.5% FS (of full scale) or +/-0.25% FS (of full scale), ensuring precise pressure measurement and control.
