Turck PS510-40V-01-2UPN8-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching applications. It is part of the PS+ series and features a programmable compound pressure sensor/switch functionality. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for easy installation. The device is protected by an IP66-rated, cylindrical body made from 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel, ensuring durability in harsh environments. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and offers a maximum switching frequency of 300Hz. The PS510-40V-01-2UPN8-H1141 can handle pressures from 0 to +40bar and allows for programmable NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) operating modes. It features two digital outputs (18-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) and delivers measurement accuracy with setpoint hysteresis ≥0.5% analog / setpoint accuracy of +/-0.5% FS (of full scale) or +/-0.25% FS (of full scale), catering to precise monitoring and control requirements in automation systems.
