Turck PS510-250-01-LI2UPN8-H1141 is a sensor designed for measuring pressure, specifically within the PS+ series. It functions as an instrumentation programmable relative pressure sensor or switch, capable of operating in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66 and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor features a cylindrical body made from 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel for both the housing and measuring cell, ensuring durability. It can measure pressure from 0 to +250bar and operates with a maximum switching frequency of 300Hz. The operating mode can be programmed as either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC). Additionally, it includes 2 digital outputs (18-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) and delivers measurement accuracy with a setpoint hysteresis ≥0.5% analog or setpoint accuracy of +/-0.5% FS (of full scale) or +/-0.25% FS (of full scale), depending on the specific application requirements.
