Turck PS250R-505-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS500 series. It features a programmable relative pressure sensor/switch with a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. It operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The sensor has a rotatable housing with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 7/16"-20 UNF threaded male process port (SAE-ORB) for connection. It offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's body is cylindrical, and it has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. It is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The pressure range is 0 to +250bar (0 to +3625psig). It supports IO-Link communication protocol and offers two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) that can operate in NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms. Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA (0.2 A), with a current consumption of 50mA, and offers time delay settings for both ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0 to 50.
