Turck PS250R-504-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable relative pressure sensor feature. It offers a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and features a rotatable housing design with a diameter of 34mm. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 7/16"-20 UNF threaded male process port (SAE-ORB), falling under the PS500 series. The sensor boasts an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Its cylindrical body shape is complemented by a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. The material composition includes 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for the housing and wetted parts, ceramics Al2O3 for the pressure transducer, and 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for the pressure connection. Zero shift/span shift is ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, with a current consumption of 50mA, and time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings range from 0-50.
