Turck PS025V-503-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable compound pressure sensor feature. It offers a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a rotatable housing design with a diameter of 34mm. This model is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port. It belongs to the PS500 series and has an IP67 degree of protection. The supply voltage required is 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The sensor's body is cylindrical, and it can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. It is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The response time is adjustable between 50 - 600ms, and it features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). The measurement accuracy includes a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, with time delay settings for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
