PS0.25V-501-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS0.25V-501-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within the PS500 series, specifically tailored for the food industry with a rotatable housing. This instrumentation absolute programmable pressure sensor offers a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units available in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and features a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector alongside a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for connectivity. The sensor is protected by an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Its cylindrical body is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The sensor can measure pressure from 0 to +1bar (0 to +14.5psi) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. It offers operating modes of NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), which are programmable, and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms (0.05 to 0.6 s), and it features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz.
