PS-ORING 6X1.5 (10/BAG) Turck Sensor Accessories

Turck PS-ORING 6X1.5 (10/BAG) is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable compound pressure sensor. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units available in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a rotatable housing design. It connects via a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded female process port. Part of the PS500 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's body is cylindrical, made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with wetted parts and pressure connection also in 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, and features a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer. It measures pressure in the range of -0.25 to +0.25bar (-3.63 to +3.63psi) and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed), with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. Its response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, and it includes 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, response time <3ms, repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
