NI6U-EG08-AP6X-0.3-RS4T Description
Turck NI6U-EG08-AP6X-0.3-RS4T is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 30cm / 12" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. This sensor is part of the NI...-EG08 series and offers a protection degree of IP68, making it suitable for harsh environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and features a fully threaded M8 barrel shape (Picoprox) for easy installation. The sensor's maximum switching frequency is 1kHz, and it is constructed with a 1.4427 (316L) stainless steel housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, a PP (Polypropylene) end cap, and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It has a sensing distance of 6mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size is M8, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, with a current consumption of 15mA (no-load current).
