NI6U-EG08-AP6X-0.2-PSG3F Description
Turck NI6U-EG08-AP6X-0.2-PSG3F is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting metal objects within a 6mm sensing distance. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast fixed thread male connector. This sensor is part of the NI...-EG08 series and features an M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox) shape, offering a degree of protection rated at IP68. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.) and has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz / 1000Hz. The housing is made from 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
