NI6U-EG08-AN6X-V1131 Description
Turck NI6U-EG08-AN6X-V1131 is an inductive proximity sensor/switch designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for connectivity. It belongs to the NI...-EG08 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for demanding environments. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a fully threaded M8 barrel shape (Picoprox) for easy installation. With a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz (1000Hz), the sensor is housed in 1.4427 (316L) stainless steel with a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. It provides a sensing distance of 6mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size is M8, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 150mA max.). Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's response time is 8ms (0.008 s), with a control circuit rated current of 150mA (0.15 A) and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
