NI5-M12-LIU Description
Turck NI5-M12-LIU is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise, non-contact detection of metallic objects. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 2m pre-wired cable with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It features a special version design without an LED indicator and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The NI5-M12-LIU operates on a supply voltage of 15-30Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz. Its construction includes a chrome-plated brass housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, an EPTR (Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket. The sensor provides a sensing distance of 5mm and includes an M12 partially threaded barrel shape for mounting. It also features one analog output (4-20mA / 0-10Vdc; linear) and has a current consumption of 8mA (no-load current).
