NI5-K11-AN7 Description

Turck NI5-K11-AN7 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring non-contact detection of metallic objects. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. Part of the NI...-K11 series, it features a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape with an 11mm diameter, ensuring a compact fit for tight spaces. The sensor is protected by an IP67 rated housing made from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0) and has a sensing face constructed from glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (PA12-GF30), offering durability in challenging environments. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can switch at frequencies up to 2kHz (2000Hz). The sensing distance is 5mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. Additionally, it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; TTL-compatible; 200mA max.) for seamless integration into various control systems.
