NI40U-CP40-FDZ30X2/S10 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI40U-CP40-FDZ30X2/S10 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and supports a network frequency of 50-60 Hz. This sensor is equipped with a wiring chamber terminal block and a 1/2"-14 NPT entry for connections. It accepts a supply voltage of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc), making it versatile for both AC and DC applications. The NI...-CP40 series sensor features a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, constructed from glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT-GF30-V0) for the housing and glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (PA6-GF30-X) for the sensing face. It offers a sensing distance of 40mm and can be programmed to operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes. The sensor includes one digital output capable of handling 20-250Vac or 10-300Vdc with a maximum switching frequency of 10Hz and a maximum current of 400mA. It is designed with protection functions including output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP) and operates with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA (0.3-0.4 A). The sensor is protected to a degree of IP68, ensuring its durability and suitability for challenging environments.
