NI4-S12-AN6X 7M Description
Turck NI4-S12-AN6X 7M is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 7m / 23ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. As part of the NI...-S12 series, it features a partially threaded M12 barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for challenging environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can handle a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz. Its housing and sensing face are made from PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, ensuring durability. The sensing distance is set at 4mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size for installation is M12. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 200mA max.) and is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions.
