NI4-G12-AZ31X-B3131 Description
Turck NI4-G12-AZ31X-B3131 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connection. This sensor supports a wide supply voltage range, including 20-250Vac and 10-300Vdc, making it versatile for various AC and DC applications. It belongs to the NI...-G12 series and features a fully threaded M12 barrel shape for easy installation. With an IP67 degree of protection, it is well-suited for harsh environments. The sensor has a sensing distance of 4mm and operates in a normally open (NO) mode. It can switch frequencies up to 20Hz and has a single digital output capable of handling 20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc at a maximum of 100mA. The housing is made of chrome-plated brass, and the sensing face is constructed from PA12-GF30, a glass fiber-reinforced Polyamide, ensuring durability and resistance to wear.
