NI3.5-Q5.5-AP6X-0.2-RS4T/S1764 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI3.5-Q5.5-AP6X-0.2-RS4T/S1764 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise, non-contact detection of metallic objects. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a Weldguard coated, 5.5mm thick rectangular body for enhanced durability. It comes pre-wired with a 20cm / 8" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector, ensuring easy and secure connection. Part of the NI...-Q5.5 series, it offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture resistance is critical. The sensor operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and has a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz. Constructed with a PP (Polypropylene) housing, PP-GF20 (glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene) sensing face, and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket, it ensures robustness in challenging conditions. The sensing distance is 3.5mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
