NI3.5-Q5.5-AP6X-0.2-PSG3 Description

Turck NI3.5-Q5.5-AP6X-0.2-PSG3 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast snap-lock male connector. This sensor is part of the NI...-Q5.5 series and features a 5.5mm thick rectangular body with a supply voltage requirement of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It has a maximum switching frequency of 2kHz / 2000Hz and is constructed with a PP (Polypropylene) housing and a PP-GF20 (glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene) sensing face. The sensing distance is 3.5mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and offers protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The degree of protection provided is IP67, ensuring its operation in various industrial environments.
