NI3-H08-AN6X Description

Turck NI3-H08-AN6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connection. This sensor is part of the NI...-H08 series and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial environments. It requires a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and features a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape with an 8mm diameter. The sensor's maximum switching frequency is 2kHz / 2000Hz, and it is constructed with a 1.4301 (304) stainless steel housing, a PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face, and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It has a sensing distance of 3mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The digital output is 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 150mA max.), and it includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
