Turck NI15U-MT18M-AP6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and features a medium barrel length design. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation and falls under the NI...-MT18 series. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and moisture are present. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. The housing is made of PTFE-coated brass with an LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) sensing face, ensuring durability. It has a sensing distance of 15mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size is M18, and it includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The response time is 8ms, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA and a no-load current consumption of 25mA.
