NI15-Q30-AP6X Description
Turck NI15-Q30-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting metal objects within a 15mm sensing distance. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a pre-wired 2m cable with bare end flying leads for connection. This sensor is part of the NI...-Q30 series and comes in a 30mm thick rectangular body with a degree of protection rated at IP67, suitable for various industrial environments. It supports a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. The housing is made of PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate), with a sensing face of glass fiber reinforced PBT-GF30-V0 and a PVC cable jacket. It operates in NO (Normally Open) mode and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. It has a response time of 8ms / 0.008 s, a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and a current consumption of 15mA under no-load conditions.
