NI15-Q30-AP6X-0.2-RS4T Description
Turck NI15-Q30-AP6X-0.2-RS4T is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise, non-contact detection of metallic objects. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a pre-wired 20cm / 8" pigtail cable that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector. As part of the NI...-Q30 series, it features a 30mm thick rectangular body and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and can achieve a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. The housing is made of PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate), with a sensing face of glass fiber reinforced PBT-GF30-V0, ensuring durability. It has a sensing distance of 15mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and is protected against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity conditions.
