NI15-G30-AP6X Description
Turck NI15-G30-AP6X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of automation applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 2m pre-wired cable with bare end flying leads for easy installation. Part of the NI...-G30 series, it features a fully threaded M30 barrel shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and has a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. Constructed with a chrome-plated brass housing, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide (PA12-GF30) sensing face, an Ethylene Propylene Terpolymer Rubber (EPTR) end cap, and a PVC cable jacket, it ensures durability and longevity. The sensing distance is 15mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The thread size is M30, and it features one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A and a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
