NI10-M18E-AP6X-H1141 Description
Turck NI10-M18E-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features an extended barrel design for enhanced application flexibility. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector, making it part of the NI...-M18 series. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, suitable for various industrial environments. The supply voltage requirement is 10-30Vdc, with nominal values at 12Vdc and 24Vdc. Its shape is an M18 partially threaded extended cylindrical/barrel, capable of a maximum switching frequency of 500Hz. The housing is made from chrome-plated brass, ensuring durability. The sensing distance is set at 10mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. Thread size for installation is M18. It features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The response time is 8ms / 0.008 s, with a control circuit rated current of 200mA / 0.2 A.
