MT08-3G Description

Turck MT08-3G is a module rack/backplane unit designed for wall surface mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and has a net height of 260 mm, width of 227 mm, and depth of 130 mm. This part is specifically designed for Ex zone 2 installations and is ATEX compliant, featuring an aluminium housing for durability. It offers connectivity through 2 x 9-pin D-Sub connectors, including screw and cage-clamp connections. As part of the excom series, it has an IP20 degree of protection. The MT08-3G supports the PROFIBUS DP communication protocol and provides connection capacity for up to 8 x I.O. ports, a maximum of 2 x gateway ports, and 2 x DC power supply ports.
