LI100P3-Q25LM2-LIU5X3-H1151 Turck Linear Position Sensors

Turck LI100P3-Q25LM2-LIU5X3-H1151 is an encoder (linear) from the Q-track Q25 series, designed as a contactless linear inductive positioning sensor. It features a 56mm long mounting foot with a right-angle, free-moving positioning element, and has dimensions of H35mm x W25mm x D158mm. The rectangular shape is constructed from an aluminum/plastic PA6-GF30 anodized housing, with both the active area and sensing face made of plastic PA6-GF30. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. The encoder offers protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. It operates on a supply voltage of 15Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and can function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C. With an IP67 degree of protection, it features a stroke length with 29mm blind zones at both ends, a 1.5mm nominal distance, and a 100mm measurement span. The analog outputs include 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 12-bit resolution), with a current consumption of 50mA and a 500Hz sampling rate. Measurement accuracy is detailed with a 16-bits resolution (equivalent to 0.002mm / 2μm linear resolution), ≤ 0.02% of full scale repeatability, ≤ +/-0.003% / K temperature drift, and ≤ 0.1% of full scale linearity deviation. Visual position indicators are provided by green / yellow / yellow flashing LED (multifunction) and a green LED for power ON, with a resolution of 16-bit.
