FCS-N1/2A4-AP8X-H1141/L060 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-N1/2A4-AP8X-H1141/L060 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and has a current consumption of 70mA / 0.07A. This sensor offers IP65 protection and has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. It includes 1 x digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP) and is capable of handling a control circuit rated current of 400mA / 0.4 A. The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It is designed to monitor flow rates of 1cm/s to 1.5m/s for water and 3cm/s to 3m/s for oil. The FCS-N1/2A4-AP8X-H1141/L060 features a rectangular body shape, functions as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch with a potentiometer, and belongs to the FCS series. It comes with a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port for easy installation. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and has a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). It includes a 60mm probe and is suitable for medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
