FCS-N1/2A4-AN8X-H1141 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-N1/2A4-AN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and consumes 70mA / 0.07A of current. This sensor is IP67 rated, ensuring protection against dust and water immersion, and has a response time ranging from 2-15 seconds at startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. It includes 1 x digital output (20-30Vdc; NPN) and is capable of handling a control circuit rated current of 400mA / 0.4 A. The FCS-N1/2A4-AN8X-H1141 offers protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, and can monitor flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. It serves as an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch with a potentiometer function, belonging to the FCS series. The sensor is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port for easy installation. It is designed to withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and operates with a supply voltage range of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The medium temperature range this sensor can endure is -20°C to +80°C, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
