FCS-G1/4A4-AP8X-H1141 Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-G1/4A4-AP8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a 1.4571 (316Ti) stainless steel housing and wetted parts for durability. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and has a current consumption of 70mA / 0.07A. This sensor is protected to IP67 standards, ensuring its operation in challenging environments. It offers a response time of 2-15 seconds upon startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. Equipped with a single digital output (20-30Vdc; PNP), it has a rectangular body shape and a control circuit rated current of 400mA / 0.4 A. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. It is capable of detecting flow rates from 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. Additional features include an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch, a potentiometer for adjustments, and it falls under the FCS series. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded male process port. It can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The sensor is designed to monitor medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
