BLCDP-6M12LT-2AI-PT-8XSG-PD Description
Turck BLCDP-6M12LT-2AI-PT-8XSG-PD is a remote I/O controller within the BL compact series, designed for digital and analog block remote I/O applications. It features auxiliary power with deluxe diagnostics for PROFIBUS-DP in a large housing. The supply voltage is 24Vdc, and it is constructed from fiberglass reinforced nylon housing with nickel-plated brass connectors. This part includes 6 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for I.O. ports, 2 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for FIELDBUS, and 2 x 5-pin M12 connectors (male + female) for voltage supply. It offers a degree of protection of IP67 and IP69K and is designed for surface mounting. The communication protocol supported is PROFIBUS DP. The dimensions are 168 mm in height, 44.5 mm in depth, and 71 mm in width. It operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. The connection capacity includes 6 ports, with 8 x digital inputs (PNP; these inputs can also be configured as 8DO digital outputs with a maximum of 500mA), and 4 x analog inputs (supporting RTD types Pt100, Pt200, Pt500, Pt1000, Ni100, Ni1000). It also features protection functions against short-circuit.
