BLCDN-2M12S-2RFID-S Description
Turck BLCDN-2M12S-2RFID-S is a remote I/O controller within the BL compact series, designed to function as a fieldbus station or communication module. It features 2 tech channels accommodating 2 BL ident RFID Read/Write Heads (HF/UHF) within a small housing. The unit is powered by a 24Vdc supply voltage and is constructed from fiberglass reinforced nylon housing with nickel-plated brass connectors. It offers connectivity through 2 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for I.O. ports and 2 x 5-pin M12 (male + female) connectors for FIELDBUS. The device is protected to IP67 and IP69K standards, ensuring operation in demanding environments, and is designed for surface mounting. It operates on the DeviceNet communication protocol, with dimensions of 93 mm in height, 44.5 mm in depth, and 71 mm in width. The controller supports ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70 °C and offers connection capacity for 2-ports. It includes protection functions against short-circuit and operates at speeds of 125kbps, 250kbps, and 500kbps.
