BIM-UNT-AP6X/S1139/S1160 Description
Turck BIM-UNT-AP6X/S1139/S1160 is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch designed for T-slot mounting. It features a potted TPU cable suitable for welding areas, ensuring long overtravel and embeddability as a Permaprox cylinder sensor. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is housed in a PP (Polypropylene) body with a PP sensing face and a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft TPU-jacketed cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The T-groove body shape sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz and includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
