BIM-UNC-AN6X Description
Turck BIM-UNC-AN6X is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch belonging to the BIM-UNC series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor features a PP (Polypropylene) housing, a PP-GF20 (glass fiber reinforced Polypropylene) sensing face, and a PUR (Polyurethane) cable jacket. It is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft PUR cable terminated with bare end flying leads. The rectangular body sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection and can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 300Hz. It is designed for C-slot mounting and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensor has one digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN; 100mA max.) and a no-load current consumption of 15mA. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
